All employers are legally liable to compensate their employees for any personal bodily Injury by accident or disease arising out of and in the course of employment. The insured is liable to pay compensation for such injury or sickness either under the Workmen’s Compensation Ordinance (WCO) No. 19 of 1934, amendments of WCO No.3 of 1946 and amendments of WCO No 15 of 1990 or at common law, Including costs and expenses incurred with the written consent of the insurers in defending a claim.
